Bryan Callaway is a Florida Supreme Court certified Circuit Court Mediator, a Federal Court Certified Mediator. Bryan was admitted to practice in all state courts of Florida in 2006. Bryan is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Clay County Bar Association. He is admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Bryan began practicing law in a small boutique law firm where he practiced in a variety of areas including personal injury, worker’s compensation, civil rights claims, medical malpractice, social security disability, and cases falling under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Act. Bryan then joined the Law Office of Brett Hastings he focused solely on litigation and trial practice of personal injury matters.
